In Hindi, Chandra Ma means

'Mother Moon'

-- This is the wild feminine energy that nurtures & sustains us all;

The place where we derive the endurance -- patience -- gentleness to truly HEAL ourselves, others & the planet;

The source of the sacred.

Chandra Ma Wellness is a haven for healing;

A safe space to tap into the divine wisdom that we have always known to be true.

Hello,

my name is

Molly.

I believe in the power of taking care of oneself as a foundation for taking care of the entire world. This blog is not meant to set rules, restrictions or limitations, but rather to be used as a tool in whatever way is accessible & appropriate for the individual seeking to move more deeply into their own most authentic Self.

Upon graduating from college with a degree in Women’s & Gender Studies, I quickly surrendered to India and slowly surrendered to myself.  Somewhere along the way, I accidentally became a traveler, discovering the power & patience of watching the Universe unfold.  It was during this discovery that I stumbled upon Ayurveda and began to immerse myself in its wonders.

My curiosity & enthusiasm has led me to Boulder, Colorado, where I am currently studying at Alandi Gurukula to become a Doctor of Ayurveda.  I am also a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.  When I'm not working with children or private clients, you can find me on the schedule at Earth Yoga Boulder!

Join me as I blend holistic wisdom & heartfelt experience to cultivate a more balanced life.

So, what is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the science of longevity; the wisdom to live well.

‘AYUR’ meaning life and ‘VEDA’ meaning knowledge or truth.

This ancient Indian art of holistic medicine emphasizes balance among the five elements {earth-water-fire-air-ether} as they manifest inside the body.

Not only does Ayurveda focus on healing through natural practices, but also through prevention.

Ayurveda is about finding balance so that we can find ourselves.
